We are looking for a Electrical Engineer for our Modesto plant!
Summary: Provides general manufacturing and electrical expertise to support customer requirements and continuously improve safety, quality, yield, and throughput of manufacturing operations.
- Develops, evaluates, improves and designs manufacturing methods and processes.
- Assist with manufacturing, product documentation (procedures, drawings, guidelines, etc..) and organization.
- Product testing under customer scenarios. Establishment of product performance and limitations. Customer samples evaluation.
- Research and test new ideas and design prototypes.
- Field service support.
- Performs cost studies to determine lowest cost of manufacturing and coordinates the implementation of these changes.
- Provides engineering support in production department to trouble shoot and resolve technical problems.
- Supports company policies and procedures, goals and objectives and goods manufacturing practices.
- Designs maintenance strategies, procedures and methods, organizes routine servicing schedules.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Electrical Engineering from a four-year college or university.
- 1-3 years' experience- electrical or controls engineering
Computer Skills:
- Must be highly proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook and proficient in CAD software.
Other Skills and Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated and proficient in developing and executing to a project timeline.
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Must have the desire to strive for continuous improvement and excellence within a fast-paced growth environment

Starting at $70,000/year, benefits first day of employment, discretionary quarterly bonus plan
