The CRM Specialist will support the CRM Manager and is responsible for the daily execution of family engagement, digital marketing, as well as data collection and the automated child enrollment process for Kiddie Academy through the Kares software._ CRM Specialist receive bonus pay for every enrollment they sign on!_

Job Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of outbound and inbound inquiries from interested families for Kiddie Academy
- Lead communication with parents using Kares platform and process changes throughout the enrollment process
- Drive consistent usage of Kares system and adherence to enrollment processes
- Must possess/develop an understanding of processes, needs, and Kares systems that support the Academy.
- Hold meetings with the center director to discuss FTE goals and maintenance of Kares site.
- Train and prepare academy administration for inbound inquiries and walk-ins by implementation of the CRM process for driving enrollments.
- Collaborate effectively across all departments to assist with marketing needs and complementary projects to promote the Kiddie Academy brand.
- Efficiently apply computer knowledge and skills into marketing and promoting Life Essentials curriculum.
- Show excellent communication skills when articulating parent inquiries to academy administration on a broad range of questions about the program.
- Maintain awareness of the changing tuition prices throughout the school year and ensure that the tuition is being correctly promoted on in tour paperwork
Must Have
- Microsoft Word (Excel & Word)
- Reliable commute to work location
- Experience with a CRM software (Preferred)
- Customer Service experience 1 year (Preferred)
- Call Center Experience 1 Year (Preferred)
