Role Description
As a key player in our team, the Program Enterprise Agile Coach—consultant will be based in Chicago, IL, working closely with our partner. In this contract role, you will play a crucial part in guiding our clients through the adoption of Agile methodologies and practices at an enterprise level. Your expertise in Agile transformations, coupled with your ability to facilitate workshops and training, conduct assessments and audits, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, will be instrumental in driving Agile adoption and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- ● Proven experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master in large-scale Agile transformations
- ● Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or LeSS
- ● Excellent facilitation and communication skills to guide and influence stakeholders at alllevels
- ● Deep understanding of Agile principles and practices and ability to tailor approaches tofit organizational context
- ● Experience in coaching teams and individuals in Agile mindset and practices
- ● Ability to identify and address organizational impediments to Agile adoption andsuccess
- ● Certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM),SAFe Agilist, or Agile Certified Coach (ACC) are a plus
- ● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- ● Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor teams on Agile methodologies such as SAFe, DevOps, Kanban, and Scrum to drive continuous improvement and enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Utilize strong analysis skills to identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in Agile project management.
- Lead and support the adoption of Agile practices across the organization, promoting a culture of agility and innovation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and ensure successful project implementation.
- Provide guidance on user acceptance testing and feedback collection to enhance product quality and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Agile principles into project management methodologies and drive successful project outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in Agile project management to continuously enhance coaching strategies and techniques.
