Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our in-house marketing team for Punt.com, an online social casino. This role will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing our advertising campaigns across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and paid search ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital advertising, exceptional analytical skills, and a proven track record of managing substantial advertising budgets.

As a key player in our marketing team, you'll help drive our growth by effectively reaching and engaging our target audience through innovative and data-driven advertising strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Fully manage advertising accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and paid search ads from ideation to execution.
- -Strategy Development: Spearhead the improvement of PPC strategies and the quality of work delivered for our brand.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze data from analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, and others to gain insights and make strategic adjustments.
- Performance Optimization: Create, monitor, and optimize paid text and video search campaigns, as well as social media campaigns, using A/B testing and other methods.
- Collaboration and Communication: Communicate regularly with team members on campaign developments, deliverables, and performance, and prepare and present weekly/monthly reports with recommendations based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- -Industry Knowledge: Stay informed of industry and channel developments, trends, best practices, and strategies to continuously enhance performance.
- -Landing Page Development**: Develop landing pages for each campaign or assist with specific direction to improve conversions.
- -ROI Measurement**: Track the effectiveness of PPC campaigns by measuring ROI, CTR, conversion rate, quality score, ROAS, and cost per conversion.
- Client and Agency Relations**: Maintain successful relationships with agency partners and team members, embodying a win-at-all-cost mentality.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Paid Search (PPC/SEM) and social media advertising, preferably within a digital agency or managing multiple brands simultaneously.
- Budget Management: Experience managing paid media budgets of $50k+ per month and handling combined annual budgets of $1M - $2M.
- Platform Expertise: Expert experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads (META), TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Reddit Ads, and paid search platforms.
- Technical Skills: Strong familiarity with analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, UTM, and Facebook Pixel. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is required.
- Analytical Skills: Exceptional critical and strategic thinking skills with a strong ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Excellent project management skills with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed of industry developments, trends, and best practices.
