Position: Intensive In-Community Clinician (Bilingual)
Location: New Jersey (Counties: Passaic, Bergen, Hudson, Essex, Union, Middlesex, Morris, and Sussex)
Overview:
Healthcare Recruiters International is seeking a dedicated Intensive In-Community Clinician to join our client’s team in New Jersey. This vital role involves delivering personalized mental health treatments to address the emotional and behavioral challenges of children and youths. You will collaborate closely with families to foster a supportive home environment and help maintain stability within their home settings. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact through the development and implementation of Individual Service Treatment Plans and managing comprehensive client care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide tailored mental health treatments to children and youths.
- Empower families to effectively manage and improve their home environment.
- Develop and execute Individual Service Treatment Plans.
- Address additional clinical needs of clients, including referrals, assessments, emergency plan development, and discharge planning.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.
- Required licensure: LSW, LAC, LAMFT, LCSW, LPC, LMFT.
- At least one year of experience in providing personalized mental health treatments and implementing treatment plans.
- Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral modification strategies, and DSM-V knowledge.
Additional Benefits:
- A caseload of 15-17 children (ages 5-18) with 25 contact hours per week and 15 hours dedicated to administrative tasks.
- Cases typically located within a 10-mile radius of the clinician’s home.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $97,974.00 per year
