The Position: (Selling Less than Truckload (LTL) Transportation/Supply
Chain Services)
- You have an understanding of the North American Supply chain and where you can add value for your customers
- Excellent Understanding of LTL, and LCL Supply Chain
- You understand that the ability to generate new business rest with yourself while having the complete support of the Company
- You know how to define and strategically attack key market segments
- You understand how to build and develop your sales pipeline using Salesforce
- You follow a defined Sales process with your targets
- You know how to handle and define objections
- You know how to uncover explicit needs the customer requires
- You can present solutions both in person and digitally to potential customers
- You know how to conduct quarterly business reviews with customers
- You are able to convince people to do what they had not intended to do

Job Requirements:
- Experience in selling (business services) for min of 3 years
- Technology savvy and can work with multiple TMS systems
- Exceptional English skills in speaking and writing
- Highly organized with an ability to multitask, prioritize time while paying attention to
detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to meet and exceed sales quota
- Must have a car and ability to travel
- University Degree a from an accredited institution
