The Housing Compliance Assistant Site Manager assists with daily operations of a multi-unit, affordable housing residential community, including: collections, physical appearance, resident relations, project-based section 8, 42 & LIHTC governing paperwork. Assists with management, coordination and performance of property operations, maintenance, accounting, leasing, and administrative functions. May assign and/or supervise the work of others. The Housing Compliance Assistant Property Manager works under general supervision of the Property Manager with reasonable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
To be considered a viable Candidate:
- Must have 1 year Section 8, 42, Tax Credit, Home Compliance
- Minimally 2 years of Affordable Property Assistant Management experience.
- Must be able to meet compliance due dates consistently with complete/accurate data
- Trustworthy, dependable and take ownership for quality of own work and staff
- Ability to utilize YARDI software
- Flexible & adaptable. Excellent communication & listening skills. Willing & Able to lead team in efforts to create a positive, clean and welcoming home for residents.
- Exceptional personal commitment to provide excellent customer service to residents, staff and vendors.
