Focused on continued growth, we are adding new Territory Manager positions to our outside sales team. We are looking for qualified individuals that have proven success fostering strong partnerships and finding new business opportunities.
Territory Manager Overview:
Achieve sales targets with your portfolio of accounts.
Develop a trusted business advisor relationship with customers and map out new opportunities and position Johnstone Supply as their go-to partner.
Present insight and solutions by taking a consultative approach to sales, proposing product and service programs that are linked to customer needs, while maintaining profitability metrics.
Analyze customer sales, margins, share of wallet, buying behaviors to maximize sales and gross profit margins.
Serve as a representative at industry events, open houses, and company sponsored events.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Industry experience is a bonus, but a genuine passion for our field is a must!
Technical know-how, familiarity with HVAC/R products is a plus.
Strong communication skills - you'll represent us with confidence.
Great time management and organization abilities - because efficiency matters.
Tech proficiency- familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools is essential.
