Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their preferences and budget
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features to potential buyers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Upsell additional products and services, such as extended warranties or maintenance packages
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing options for customers
- Coordinate with the inventory control team to ensure availability of desired vehicles
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, current promotions, and dealership policies
- Utilize retail math software to calculate pricing, discounts, and monthly payments
Experience:
- Previous experience in outside sales or retail sales is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus, as we serve a diverse customer base
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively cold call potential customers and generate leads
- Familiarity with dealership operations and automotive industry trends
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting information to large groups
