Behavior Technician
Duties:
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct support to individuals with behavioral challenges
- Conduct functional assessments and behavior analyses
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as social workers and addiction counselors, to provide comprehensive care
- Assist with crisis management and de-escalation techniques
- Administer medication as directed by medical professionals
- Maintain detailed and confidential medical records
Skills:
- Proficient in medical documentation and record keeping
- Familiarity with social work practices and interventions
- Ability to effectively manage crisis situations and implement appropriate interventions
- Competency in medication administration protocols and procedures
- Understanding of vital signs monitoring and documentation

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
