Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent Guest support by answering phone calls, Checking in Guests and
addressing Guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Perform entry tasks as needed
Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using office equipment such as computers, printers, and fax machines
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Please note that previous experience working in a Hotel setting is preferred but not required. We are looking for someone who is reliable, friendly, and eager to learn.
