The Business Development Manager is the lead person responsible for developing and managing accounts for his/her territory. The executive will grow an existing account base as well as source new business opportunities and engagements by initiating relationships with untapped accounts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Prospecting and developing new clients to expand Omni Wound Physicians’ industry presence towards Home Health, Hospice agencies, Skilled Nursing Facilities, hospitals, IPA, insurance and other related industries.
- Efficiently manage existing accounts (regular visits, update and alignment meetings, grievance, and damage control etc.)
- Conduct general market research to keep abreast of trends and competitor’s marketing movements.
- Achieve quarter and annual sales goals and market penetration targets.
- Utilize and partner closely with the clinical education and operations department for effective implementation of services especially for newly closed accounts.
- Define growth opportunities through industry, client and competitor presence and analysis.
- Assure high levels of client service and satisfaction.
- Become the organization’s agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and potential clients and build strategic partnerships.
- Other duties may be assigned by the Chief Executive Officer and / or its representatives.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Background and knowledge in the healthcare professional service industry in the United States is a must.
- Should be able to communicate an understanding of the industry and the influences that impact the current and future states of the wound care landscape to internal and external audiences.
- Experience working in a Physician Practice preferred
- Proven experience as Marketing/Business Development Representative/Manager in the Healthcare Industry
- Analytical and creative thinking
- Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
- Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
- Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
- BSc/BA in marketing and communications or relevant field

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
