1.0 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The CMMC Project Management Office (PMO), collaborating with other department and team members, ensures that the CMMC project is executed effectively and efficiently, ensuring delivery on time, on quality and within budget.
- Collaborating with project team staff, define, prioritize, and execute the project
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
- Overseeing the development of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards
- Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Organizing the meeting for execution and steering of the project
- Providing execution report, financial report and budget outlines to Executives regularly
2.0 Required Competencies; Education / Knowledge / Skills and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university or higher; +Five years related experience
- Being a Certified CMMC Professional is advantageous
- Being a project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is advantageous
- Be well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Expert in MS Excel and functional in MS Office: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint,
- Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment with high level of integrity and a goal-oriented mindset
- Participation in a CMMC closed project preferred
- Knowledge of IT preferred
- Experience with SAP preferred,
