PowerHouse is a world-class content team that creates short-form content for pet brands and education businesses. We help our clients grow their social media presence by creating engaging content their audience loves.
Our team is made up of 4 different roles. Producers, strategists, creators, and editors. We work together using a weekly content system to batch 7 videos every week for our clients. Our content has generated 350,000,000+ views for clients.

Editors are responsible for 3 main tasks on a weekly basis:
We batch 7 videos a week for our clients. You will receive the footage for all 7 videos on the same day each week. You will have 3 days to edit the videos. They will be due on the same day each week. We use the same weekly production process every single week, so the deadlines will be the same day every week consistently.
Meeting deadlines on time is required. Failure to do so will result in being removed from the team.
In order to streamline our production process, we only do one round of revisions for each batch of content.
We meet as a team once a week for out team meeting. The meeting takes place on GMeet, at the same time every single week. On this call, we review the previous week of content, review team KPIs, and go over the next batch of video ideas.
Joining each team meeting on time, camera on, in a quiet room, and active team participation is required. Failure to do so will result in being removed from the team.
Our team is located in many different states and countries all over the world. As a fully remote company, it takes a team of dedicated, accountable, and detail oriented team members to be successful. - You are expected to be an active and contributing member to our team. This means responding to team Slack messages in a timely manner, joining team calls each week ready to focus, and always delivering the highest quality work.
- You are expected to edit each video to the best of your abilities. We use a 10 step checklist you can follow that makes sure each video is “world-class” before it is exported.
- Each team member is responsible for KPIs on a weekly basis. The KPI is a simple scoring system using the editing checklist. Each video should score a 10/10 when it follows all of the guidelines in the “world-class” checklist.
Failure to meet a 10/10 score for more than 2 weeks in a row will result in removal from the team
