Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Technical Support Specialist with real-world experience to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 48 hours per month). Must be able to be onsite.
Responsibilities:
- Perform asset tagging on endpoint devices.
- Manually enter device information into systems.
- Create and manage customer tickets.
- Provide excellent written and oral communications with clients.
- Maintain an upbeat and friendly demeanor while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Utilize strong troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Triage technical problems efficiently and document all steps and resolutions.
- Troubleshoot internet connection issues and hardware problems.
- Support end-users with enthusiasm, analyzing issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely ticket creation and escalation to appropriate teams.
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation for onsite visits in Commerce, CA.
- Background in Desktop Support or similar technical roles.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Outstanding customer service abilities.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
- Capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a help desk environment providing phone and email support.
- Ability to maintain professionalism and uphold good customer relations practices even in stressful situations.
