1.To support and promote the social-emotional learning of all students.2. To coordinate and monitor student behavior practices.3. To serve as a resource for faculty, coaches, counselors, and support staff.4. To provide support and social-emotional education for the community of parents.5.
To assist in developing and maintaining a positive school climate that encourages orderly student conduct.6. To promote a feeling of unity and spirit among the student body.7. To provide leadership/support as needed to teacher meeting groups such as PLCs, IST, Data, 504, and IEP.8. To assist the Building Principal and staff in implementing the schools curricular and long-range goals.9.
To develop, implement, and evaluate school programs in collaboration with the School Improvement Council, School Advisory Committee, and other parent/community groups as appropriate.10. To provide support and monitoring of assessment data and trends.11. To effectively communicate with all outside agencies.12. To perform any other duties assigned by the Building Principal
