Perform Air, an authorized aviation repair station located in Gilbert, is seeking a reliable candidate to assist the Customer Support Manager in the completion of daily tasks. Duties include:
· Verification of data entry.
· Forwarding of acknowledgements to customers.
· Data entry of customer quotes/ approved work orders.
· Determining incoming component trends.
· Maintain weekly/monthly status reports.
· Inserting all pertinent information into customer work order packages
· Electronic filing of departmental documents
· Researching customer service work orders within database
· Data entry
· Other tasks as assigned
Successful candidate will have a high school diploma (or equivalent), be computer literate in MS Office, and possess good organizational skills. Work schedule is from 8:30am to 5pm. Pay $18-22 per hour DOE. Benefits and 401K available.
