To assist the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing the maintenance of the community building, grounds, and vehicles, to preserve a safe, clean and attractive living environment for the residents, and to ensure that the physical plant remains in compliance with all local and state regulatory agency guidelines.
- In conjunction with Life Engagement Director, ensures that resident transportation program is efficient and effective; serves as back-up driver of community vehicles, or assists the Maintenance Department team to drive vehicles as needed
- Assists with resident transfers into and out of vehicles as needed, including those with wheelchairs, when serving as driver* (*in accordance with state regulations)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
