Description:
- Manage and process a high volume of inbound/outbound calls daily as required

Schedule exams, confirm, appointments, inbound/outbound call routing

Maintain customer relationships with referring physician offices and patients

Work with multiple computer programs simultaneously; utilize available online resources

Maintain highly accurate data entry rate

Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Skills: Excellent organization and communication skills; able to perform multi-tasks; maintain confidentiality
Experience: At least 2 years customer service
