Our dealership is the #1 Hyundai dealership on the West Coast, and we are #1 in the Pacific Northwest for Ford. Our BDC/Service Cashier is crucial for the service department not only to provide world-class customer service but also to help generate revenue. The ideal candidate would have prior automotive BDC experience with great phone etiquette.
BDC/Service Cashier Job Responsibilities

Assist in-store guests as needed and with Rental vehicle check-in/out.

Answering the phone, making appointments, and answering questions.

Making outbound appointments and follow-up calls.

Assist with paperwork processing and internal communications.

Other duties that may arise in the Sales Department such as washing or moving cars.

BDC/Service Cashier Qualifications
-
1 year of BDC experience – does not necessarily have to be automotive.

Driver’s License.

HS Diploma
Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not screened for.
