Responsibilities that Make a Difference
Your role will involve a mix of tasks, combining sales and patient relations:
- Engagingly sell memberships and process transactions using our point-of-sale software
- Warmly greet patients and assist with necessary paperwork
- Educate patients about our wellness offerings and services
- Efficiently manage patient flow and maintain clinic organization
- Uphold a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service
- Collaborate with a fun and fast-paced team to create a positive clinic environment
- Participate in marketing and sales efforts to attract new patients
- Ensure patient satisfaction and promptly address any concerns
The Keys to Success

- At least one year of prior sales experience
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills

- An eagerness for variety with time spent outside the clinic
- Proficiency in computer and phone usage
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Physical capability to sit and walk for extended periods
