How You Will Make a Difference

The Materials Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of materials and supplies essential for the delivery of high-quality care to our patients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of medical supplies, equipment, and other resources necessary for our operations.
As the Materials Manager, you will:
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize purchasing terms and conditions
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely acquisition of quality materials at competitive prices
- Coordinate the distribution of materials to various locations and departments within the organization to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers/vendors to foster collaboration and partnership
Skills for Success
- Knowledge of procurement practices, inventory control principles, and distribution logistics
- Proficiency in using inventory management software
- Solution-driven, execution-oriented and responds with urgency
- Enthusiastic about being accountable for delivering measurable results within agreed timelines

Experience to Deliver on Our Mission
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field required
