Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various areas such as outpatient care, pediatrics, orthopedics, and acute care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Conduct assessments to identify patient needs and establish goals
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises for patients
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of physiology, medical terminology, and hospital medicine
- Experience in trigger point therapy and home/community care is a plus
- Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages, from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 25 per week
