Description:
Applicants must be able to perform the following duties or fulfill the following requirements without hardship or extending ability limits.

Drive when road conditions are not favorable, but passable (Example: Ice, Snow, and Rain.)

Drive any time of day or night.

Drive for a straight eleven (11) hours.

The ability to pass a "Road Atlas" test.

The ability to pass a "Road" test- Straight Truck Only.
-
Able to stay out on the road for an undetermined length of time up to fourteen (14) days- Straight Truck.

Possess a Valid "DOT" Physical (Must have the DOT Card and Long Form), or in good physical condition to be able to pass a "DOT" Physical.

Pass Pre-Employment Drug Test.

Submit a 10 Year Motor Vehicle Record, not more than thirty (30) days old, with no more than three (3) minor moving violations (Accident, Speeding, Careless, Negligent.) May accept one (1) Speeding Ticket over the 10 Years. No Reckless Driving, Eluding Police, or DUI within the last five years. Nothing involving Drugs or Alcohol within the last five years will be considered (All Vehicles.)

As a Non-CDL Truck Driver, you'll be an essential member of our transportation team, responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods to our valued customers. From loading and unloading shipments to navigating routes and ensuring timely deliveries, you'll play a crucial role in our daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a non-CDL truck to transport goods to designated locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations.

Load and unload cargo (as needed), ensuring proper handling and securement of items to prevent damage during transit.

Plan and execute delivery routes using GPS navigation and route optimization tools, maximizing efficiency and on-time performance.

Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management.

Provide exceptional customer service, greeting customers professionally, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage logs, delivery receipts, and inspection reports.

Collaborate with warehouse staff and logistics team members to coordinate schedules and prioritize deliveries based on customer needs.

Uphold company policies and procedures, including compliance with DOT regulations and company safety protocols.
