Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an existing book of business within the staffing agency. We offer a very aggressive commission compensation package for experienced staffing account managers and recruiters.
Responsibilities:
- Highly self motivated and
-Identify your customer needs and deliver results.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities
- Full desk staffing account manager, interview candidates for temporary and/or permanent placements.
- Negotiate client bill rates, contracts and pay rates with candidates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide innovative solutions to customers
What you'll need:
- Self motivated and do s to succeed
- 3+ years in staffing industry, ideally full-desk
-Existing book of business in staffing industry
- 3+ years experience in any staffing industry
- Demonstrated success in technology sales or related field
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
