Responsibilities:
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions
- Utilize accounting software of Quickbooks Desktop to maintain financial records
- Prepare and post journal entries to record day-to-day financial transactions
- Conduct 10-key typing for efficient data entry
- Manage debits and credits accurately
- Assist with various clerical duties related to accounting tasks
Experience:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of payroll processes and tax regulations
