Service Dispatcher
Quality Service Company, LLC is a locally owned and operated HVAC company. Chris McDonald started Quality Service Company in 2003 after working with other local HVAC companies for around 10 years. In 2011, Chuck Polk joined in partnership with Chris. Chuck had been working in the HVAC industry for over two decades with local HVAC companies, then as a Trane employee, and then owning his own business. The two merged their companies together under the name, Quality Service Company, LLC.

The position: As the single point of contact you will perform a variety of duties such as scheduling and coordinating service calls and ensuring technicians have the appropriate tools, parts, and equipment to complete the job in a timely manner, maintain accurate records, provide updates as needed and update all parties of any changes.
Work Hours: Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm, 1 hour lunch.
Pay Scale: $17.00 and up / hr. Depending on Experience

Requirements:

Prior dispatching or scheduling experience preferred

Basic bookkeeping experience

Knowledge of HVAC industry preferred

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook

Experience working with multi-phone line system

Experience with Service Titan - preferred
