The Assistant Manager- Scheduling & Payroll is responsible for administering CAS’s scheduling system & time and attendance to meet contract work and ensure correct record keeping of all worked hours for accurate processing of payroll and invoices to the client.
Essential Functions
- Assist with various administrative duties.
- Implement and administer CAS scheduling programs to ensure full and compliant coverage of all posts and assignments.
- Monitor scheduling using company HCM to ensure appropriate staff on duty and accommodation of leave.
- Monitor time and attendance system to ensure timely and accurate reflection of worked hours and locations.
- Research and process all payroll discrepancies.
- Assist with processing invoices to the client.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent combination of relevant education, training, and experience.
- Previous experience in scheduling security operations to meet contract statement of work requirements.
- Must be proficient in HRIS systems, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience handling multiple tasks at once.
- Must have good organizational skills.
- U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, or Lawful Permanent Resident.
- Must be able to perform all functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Must be willing to submit to and pass a drug screen and background check.
