We are growing rapidly and need an experienced individual to join our team and help with securities operations and processes. Candidates must have at least 2 years experience doing similar work with an RIA or a Broker/Dealer firm to be considered for the position.

Essential Job Functions
- Float between departments and get to learn all facets of client management in a financial services firm
- Assist the operations manager with all functions of the firm including customer service, account documentation, financial planning, marketing and social media.
- High technology utilization in a paperless, systematized environment.
- Comply with all industry rules and regulations
- Coordinate with vendors, providers, solicitors and other professionals
Key Experience for Candidate Consideration:
- Candidates with bankruptcy or criminal history need not apply.
- Proven highly similar work experience.
- A minimum of an Associate Degree or strong equivalent experience to offset lack of a college degree.
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Excellent PC knowledge and ability to operate database systems
Compensation and Benefits: $50k - $80K annual starting salary depending on experience, and after 6 months health care coverage reimbursement, and after 12 months 401k and profit sharing plan with substantial growth opportunities.
