One full time position is available within our Intensive Treatment Residence Program. This position collaborates as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide treatment and care coordination for youth. The Program Clinician is the treatment coordinator for each youth and is responsible to serve as the primary contact for families/legal guardians and DCF regarding treatment progress; developing a strengths-based individualized plan; facilitating diagnostic and clinical assessments; initiating crisis planning and providing clinical assessments for psychiatric emergencies; coordinating with internal and external providers on substance abuse screening and assessment of strengths/needs; and providing counseling and psychoeducation to families/legal guardians to strengthen healthy relationships. Requirements include MSW/MA in clinical area with 1 to 2 years direct clinical experience; independent licensure or license eligible required. Valid driver’s license is required.
