Summary/Objective
The Culture and Leadership Development Coach is responsible for engaging and developing individuals and teams in impact leadership roles at the executive, divisional, and plant levels. Provide both assessment, evaluation and accountability of key leaders and teams for developmental growth. Work as part of the leadership development team to bring varied expertise and function to the overall strengthening of Madix Inc. The role of CLDC holds no positional authority. Its effectiveness and relevance is measured through influence built and impact on individuals and teams worked with.
Essential Functions

1. Capable of delivering training in a variety of formats, including: web, classroom, one-on-one and developing and maintaining strong positive consulting relationships. There is a strong facilitation component to this role and you should be comfortable working with all levels of leaders, managers and employees.

7. Continue self-development and learning to share with and sharpen the Leadership Development Team. Must continue offering development relevance to the organization for continued grow.

Supervisory Responsibility
This role has no positions reporting to it.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time, salary position, and hours of work and days are decided based on the need of the divisions worked with.
Travel
Primary assignments will be contained to Madix facilities. Some out of state travel to other plant locations as required or requested by Director of Culture and Leadership.
Must Have:
Ø Bachelor’s degree, in a related field preferred
Ø Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ø Previous coaching experience with a background in leadership development and adult learning
Nice to Have:
Ø Business/Industry experience
Ø Management/Leadership experience
Ø Management/Leadership/Teams development experience
Ø 5+ years’ experience supervising or managing people strongly preferred.
Ø Nationally recognized training and assessment accreditations and certifications a plus.
