Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Chairman and CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and prioritize effectively.
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
Position Type: Full-Time, Non-exempt
Location: Corporate Office – Long Beach, CA
Workdays: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Hourly rate: $65, 000 to $80, 000 annually
Key Responsibilities:

Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements both business and personal.

Prepare agendas, presentations, and other materials for meetings.

Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executives.

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed.

Assist in planning company events, conferences, and team meetings.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Act as a liaison between executives and other team members, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up on action items.

Manage expense reports and reimbursements.

Perform various administrative tasks to support the executive team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.

Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Experience or knowledge in real estate is a plus.

Travel Requirements: Travel for this position requires you to have reliable transportation. Travel requirements may change at any time.
