- 2+ years of non-internship professional front end, web or mobile software development using JavaScript, HTML and CSS experience
- 1+ years of computer science fundamentals (object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis) experience
- Experience using JavaScript frameworks such as angular and react

As a team, we have been using either Java or Ruby for our backend systems and our user-interfaces are build in React. We value testability, maintainability, code quality, and cogent design. We want to continue to modernize our platform and want someone in to be very familiar with React, TypeScript, JavaScript building tools like NPM, Rollout, and Webpack.

A day in the life
In this role, you will help define a new Frontend developer experience and build the necessary tools for other teams to delivery delightful candidate experiences. From building re-usable UI components, to instrumenting our applications with telemetry that help us raise the bar for performance and usability.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $129,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
