What You Will Do
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) with a strong focus on compensation and benefits to join our HR team. The HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders and employees, ensuring that our compensation and benefits programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of HR practices, compensation structures, and benefits administration. Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and provide strategic HR support.
- Act as a liaison between HR and various departments to ensure HR initiatives are aligned with business objectives.
Compensation Management:
- Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation programs that align with the company's compensation philosophy.
- Work with vendors to conduct market analysis to ensure competitive positioning in the market and develop salary structures, incentive plans, and job evaluation processes.
- Provide guidance on salary offers, promotions, and adjustments to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Complete semi annual salary review to ensure equity and create structure/plan for any anomalies that arise.
Benefits Management:
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend changes to benefits programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. The POC for surveys identifying trends in the market and providing feedback and recommendations to attract and retain
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits administration.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with enrollment processes.
HR Operations:
- Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, addressing inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and investigations.
- Support performance management processes and provide coaching to managers on employee development.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare and present reports on compensation and benefits programs to senior leadership.
Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all HR practices comply with legal requirements and industry best practices.
- Stay current with HR trends and legislative changes related to compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits.
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles, benefits administration, and HR best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
