Job Responsibilities
- Supports all areas of design from project execution to completion.
- Conducts design research to provide information to designers in all locations and stay up-to-date on market trends.
- Assist in creating moodboards, presentations and other materials for the design team and clients.
- Produce attractive and effective designs to share amongst design team.
- Work alongside team in photo studio and prop rooms; assist with preparation for client deliverables.
- Present designs and research to internal peers across sites.
- Create packaging specifications and constructed mock-ups for client presentation.
- Create vivid concept imagery and physical packaging mock-ups for sales presentations to clients.
- Meet with sales department and clients to review and revise artwork.
- Conceptualized and execute home storage product designs
- Manage lifestyle photo shoots of each product if required.
- Must be able to design and layout die lines for new and existing products using Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Coordinate design projects as directed through multiple associates from concept to final delivery of assets to factory.
- Handle multiple assigned projects with various and fluctuating priority levels and short deadlines simultaneously.

Requirements
- High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
- Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), & planning skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
- Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
- Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
- Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
- Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
