**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Paralegal/Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, State and Federal Court filings, administrative support, document management systems, and management experience. Attention to detail is a must.
**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage office operations effectively
- litigation experience such as State and Federal Court filings, document preparation, calendaring and writing
- Assist with Paralegal tasks and document preparation
- Maintain and organize documents in document management system
- Conduct thorough proofreading
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as a Paralegal and in an office management role
- Strong knowledge of legal processes and terminology
- Familiarity with document management systems
- Experience in State and Federal filings
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy
- Ability to maintain organized filing systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
