Overview:
As a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of property operations and providing excellent customer service to residents and tenants. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment where your skills in negotiation, conflict management, and real estate administration will be put to the test.
Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant relations, including leasing, rent collection, and addressing tenant concerns
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs to ensure properties are well-maintained
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new tenants and maximize occupancy rates
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers for property maintenance
- Utilize Quickbooks to track revenue and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and requirements related to property management
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess conditions and identify areas for improvement
Experience:
- Proven experience in property management with a strong understanding of home construction
- Knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures (leases and evictions)
- Ability to effectively manage conflicts and resolve issues with tenants, vendors, and employees.
- Understanding of contract law and experience in negotiating agreements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
