Job description
Our well-established Plastic Surgery Practice is seeking an exceptional mature individual to join our team in a critical role. This position combines Personnel Management and Non-Surgical Patient Care Coordinator roles - in our small practice, neither is a full-time role - but both are crucial to our success.
The candidate we are seeking has HR/Personnel Management experience, preferably in medical practice or hospitality setting, working with a small staff administering all employee-related duties such as mentoring employees, onboarding new employees, providing training, handling employee reviews, implementing team building, coaching employees, and empowering every employee to excel personally and professionally. This individual will play an integral role in maintaining and enhancing the practice culture of providing patients with an exceptional experience and employees with a positive nurturing environment.
The Patient Care Coordinator portion of this role will include working with new patients seeking non-surgical treatments and services. This also is a critical role in the practice and requires an upbeat personality, attention to detail, an understanding of the importance of each patient, and a desire to maintain our reputation for patient satisfaction. Prior experience for this role is appointment scheduling, a proven track record of excellent customer service, strong computer skills, and the ability to stay calm and pleasant in a busy environment. We require a minimum of an AA degree.
Dr. Gregg, our physician owner, is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and encouraging the growth and satisfaction of her employees. This is a team environment, where working together for patients and co-workers is the culture.
The candidate chosen will embark on a career opportunity in a highly respected surgery practice where they will actively participate in our continued growth and success. If you are looking for a long-term position, have the personnel experience we seek, can show a history of stability on your previous jobs, and have a record of exceptional customer service, please submit your resume showing all dates of employment for the positions listed.
PLEASE NOTE, ALL COMMUNICATION REGARDING THIS POSITION IS VIA INDEED MESSAGING, THANK YOU FOR YOUR COOPERATION!
