MORROW HOSPITALITY is seeking several MODEL VIP HOST to join our nightlife team. Your role encompasses marketing efforts for the restaurant, nightclub, or lounge, focusing on providing exceptional services to a distinguished clientele. Emphasizing adherence to marketing standards and building a personal clientele list are key responsibilities. You'll serve as an ambassador for the brand, engaging in public relations activities to promote the company and ensure a high level of service in our fast-paced environment. This involves food and beverage service, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, assisting in training newer team members, adhering to wardrobe requirements, verifying customer ages, and always striving for superior guest service.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
GUEST SERVICE/COMMUNICATIONS
- Engage and entertain guests through dance and interaction.
- Offer a warm, friendly greeting to all guests with a positive attitude.
- Advocate for the brand by providing accurate information about our offerings.
- Assist guests with directions and information, responding to their needs promptly and politely.
- Proactively meet guest needs and foster regular visits through excellent service.
- Communicate effectively in English with guests and team members.
- Promptly report any guest feedback or incidents to management.
- Maintain adherence to all company procedures and service standards.
- Ensure professional appearance in uniform for all shifts and promotional events.
RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL MANAGEMENT:
- Manage service to intoxicated guests responsibly, adhering to company and legal guidelines.
- Check guest IDs accurately and refuse service politely as needed.
- Follow all health, safety, and company policies, complying with liquor laws.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE:
- Keep the venue clean and well-maintained, ensuring a safe and appealing environment.
- Perform assigned duties to maintain service equipment and work areas.
BEVERAGE SERVICE:
- Deliver prompt and correct service, adhering to the sequence of service standards.
- Handle orders accurately and ensure all special requests are met.
- Manage cash and payment processes carefully and accurately.
MARKETING/PROMOTIONS:
- Utilize social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) to promote the venue and its events, maintaining an active and engaging presence.
- Generate guest lists and provide detailed reports on table reservations, including guest information and preferences.
TEAMWORK/DEPARTMENT RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support team members and maintain a sense of urgency.
- Present a captivating image in line with the club's theme.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma preferred.
- 2+ years experience in a high-volume setting preferred.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must be 21 or older with a valid driver’s license and certifications for alcohol and food handling.
- Professional and well-groomed appearance in compliance with company standards.
WORKING KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
- Familiarity with POS systems, and the operations of nightclubs, bars, and lounges.
- Knowledge of beer, wine and spirits brands, sanitation, and safe alcohol service practices.
- Ability to manage high-volume operations efficiently.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE:
- The role involves working under diverse conditions, including hot, cold, noisy, and crowded environments, typical of nightclubs, bars, and lounges
- Nightlife availability is essential including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Up to $1,000.00 per week
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
