Luxury Bathroom and Kitchen Showroom located in Beverly Hills is looking to hire a polyvalent assistant to the sales team.
We represent various brands & sell fixtures such as shower heads, home filtration systems, kitchen sinks & appliances but also specialty door hardware.
We do assist mostly end users who are building or remodeling their homes but also high end Architects, Designers, Builders & developers.
The ideal candidate would be a very detailed oriented team player who likes numbers and organizing invoices and / or items.
We are looking for a motivated individual able to multitask in a challenging environment.
Basic knowledge of construction & plumbing is preferable.
Quickbooks, Excel and Word Proficiency.
Ability to meticulously read codes and report them correctly.
Interior Design background or simply being able to read architectural plans and interior design specifications is a plus.
Ability to work with retro-planning in order to successfully meet each project deadline.
High Customer Service skills are expected to smoothly assist with the client’s claims and follow up of orders.
All the small things do matter to create the best customer experience.
An interest in understanding how the plumbing parts work together is absolutely needed to assist correctly the sales team.

Tasks included and not limited:
- Good knowledge of the various manufacturers & products represented and sold in the showroom
- Understanding of the sales terms (lead time & return policy) of each vendor
- Organization & inventories of the stock room
- Quoting of the fixtures to designers or end users
- Quoting & organization of the deliveries with professional companies
- Reception & shipping of merchandise, & packages
- Delivery & pickup of small merchandise on jobsites within the Los Angeles area
- Follow up of the orders & claims with manufacturers
- Answering to phone calls & email leads
- Assist with clients walk-in giving products & pricing information
- Assistance to designer providing specification sheets, pricing, & lead time
Candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S & hold a driving license.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs to help at the loading dock if needed.

Working Hours: 8 am – 5pm - Monday to Friday. Clocking is required at lunch break.
