Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine the needs of individuals with developmental disabilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Provide behavioral therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care
- Monitor and evaluate progress of individuals receiving services, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques and strategies
- Knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to developmental disabilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
