Responsibilities of the position include:
- Be available for professional customer service, Monday-Friday (extensive phone use) with our already massive customer database
- Complete necessary training modules with Supervisor
- Participate in Bi-monthly team meetings
- Participate in weekly one-on-one meetings with supervisor
- Learn and utilize multiple platforms as necessary for position (We will train)
- Comply with Sales Operations Manual
- Strive towards commission and goal achievement
- Contribute and maintain inclusive team environment within all departments
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with employees and other department heads contributing to a positive team environment
- Schedule: M-F, 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Required skills and qualifications:
- Excellent dependability
- Excellent attention to detail
- Team player with professional communication skills
- Knowledge of vehicle parts preferred not but necessary
- Bi-Lingual - English and Spanish required

Pay: $52,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
