**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Lead Maintenance professional to oversee maintenance operations at our multifamily apartment community. The ideal candidate will have expertise in industrial electrical systems, welding, fabrication, and HVAC.
**Duties:**
Perform essential work to keep our properties in great shape
Complete service requests in a timely manner, interact with residents, and keep your property’s systems in good working order
Coordinate completion of resident and management service requests in a timely manner.
Prepare vacant units to occupancy standards within the established time frame.
Inspect property mechanical systems and grounds; immediately address safety issues with management.
Conduct routine preventative maintenance activities in partnership with the property manager.
Partner with the Property manager to prepare the site for inspections.
Maintain workplace safety policies and standards
On-call responsibility for emergency maintenance repairs.
You have at least 2 years of maintenance/facilities experience with affordable housing experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree preferred Proven experience in maintenance and repair, leadership role Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety Proficiency in MS Office and maintenance management software
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
