Position: Game Day Operations Program - Part time/Temporary (Seasonal)/Non-Exempt

Summary:
In partnership with Craft Culinary Concepts and Insignia Event Services, the Game Day Operations Intern will work key elements of our Game Day Experience including working in Concession Stands and Parking during event days.
This is a paid, seasonal position where shifts last between 6-10 hours. In addition to working on game days, participants will have an opportunity to participate in our structured Internship Program that’s designed to expose participants to the business operations of an NFL Football Club. This includes Interactive Lecture series with Senior Leaders from across the organizations, volunteer opportunities, stadium tours, access to an Interactive Website, and more!
Primary Job Duties:
The Game Day Operations Program colleagues will have daily responsibilities including, without limitation, to the following:
- Responsible for greeting all guests in a prompt and friendly fashion building a positive event memory
- Assist guests with accurate directions, event information, or obtaining the correct answer to any guest inquiries
- Assist with setting up or breaking down specific equipment which may include barricades, signs, cones.
- The food and beverage cashier will have a register to key in orders and total sales
- Responsible for accurately filling the order by relaying information to a runner, a cook or obtaining needed food and beverage items on their own.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- You must commit to working ALL home games and key events
- Local to the greater Phoenix area
- Must be 16+ years or older
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Special working conditions:
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours either inside or outside the stadium
