The Human Resource Coordinator is an entry-level position, which aids with and facilitates the human resource processes for all store locations. The Human Resource Coordinator makes certain that plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions are followed. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including data-entry, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Completes E-Verification of Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files.
- Performs team relations functions by answering phone calls and reporting employee concerns and complaints.
- Assists with recruitment through Indeed job posting and candidate messaging.
- Conducts audits of HR programs and recommends course of action.
- Completes any additional special projects assigned by the VP of HR.
- Dabbles in other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- At least two years related experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
