We are looking for a talented professional with extensive experience in the Electronic Security Industry, especially in Access Control and Surveillance. This sales position comes with a book of business and never-ending qualified leads from across the country, state, and local. Technical experience with Uniview, Dahua, Hikvision, or similar surveillance systems would be of particular interest.
Occasionally, visiting customers at their offices to say hi, introduce new products, or take them to lunch is required. You may also be asked to assist your customers with their customers in their project sales process.
A large part of a normal day will be making and receiving calls from existing customers and prospects. Must be professional yet casual in appearance and actions including the ability to display enthusiasm about our B2B Company, our team, and our products.

Responsibilities
· Accept responsibility for dozens of current active customers. Assisting these customers will help rapidly build the confidence and knowledge needed to help grow your base.
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
· Understand customer needs and requirements to better serve them.
· Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and ask for help when needed
· Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory to achieve periodic goals.
· Work with channel partners and team members to build a pipeline and grow your base.
· Perform effective online and live demos to prospects.
· Assist teammates customers on the phone or live in our store.
Skills & Requirements
· Experience -- proven sales experience (5 Years)
· CRM Experience -- working with Salesforce.com, ZOHO, or similar CRM
· Technical Skills -- experience with and/or knowledge of routers, switches, WIFI & IT devices, and structure
· Computer Skills -- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, publishing, and other creation software
· Communication -- excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Communication -- Strong listening and presentation skills
· Communication – strong phone presence and experience
· Multi-task -- prioritize, and manage time effectively
· Attention -- Strong ability to stay focused and organized
· Education -- High School diploma required, Associate, BA/BS degree desirable
