At School Portraits by Adams Photography we are in the people business! Relationships between our team and our customers are the driving force behind what we do every day. Since 2003 we have been providing memorable picture day experiences to schools throughout Southern California. We deliver full in-house service to hundreds of schools from the moment our fun and friendly Photographers capture that perfect smile, to the moment our production experts ship out customized products from our own production lab.

Job Summary:
Our customer service representatives are the first point of contact with our customers. They are effective communicators: professional, positive and solution oriented. Every day they interact with differing needs that will be resolved with courtesy and professionalism. Our mission is to put a smile on everyone's face and the Customer Service Representative plays an important part!
Essential Duties/Responsibilities

Respond quickly to a high volume of sutomer inquiries: by phone, email, and in person.

Ensure all customers respectfully and courteously responded to within the agreed timeframe.

Act as a "detective": through effective questioning, correctly identify each customer's needs, and promptly offer satisfactory solutions

Keep an accurate record of inquiries and outcomes

Ensure any issues are dealt with efficiently, escalating when necessary and ensuring the customer is satisfied with both the speed and quality of resolution

Assist customers with placing orders

Communicate information regarding product range and offers as required.

Maintain a professional, calm, friendly and cheerful demeanor in all customer interactions

Relay messages to the appropriate team members

Proven experience handling multiple incoming calls simultaneously

Proven ability to meet performance standards in a fast-paced environment

Strong verbal and written communication skills with obsessive attention to detail

Familiar with MS Office and social media software. Ability to rapidly learn additional software/applications

Education & Experience

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Bilingual English/Spanish (required)

Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service role

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
