Title: Level 3 Tech Support Lead
Position Summary: The daily tasks of the Level 3 Tech Support Lead will include providing remote and in-person technical support for a variety of clients and environments, providing escalation support for team members, leading small team initiatives, giving daily work direction on tickets, collaborating with management on process improvements.
Position Type and Compensation:
- Part-Time – 40 hours/week (during business hours 8-5).
- Salary – $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Reports to: Support Manager
Position Details:
· Installation, configuration, and ongoing accessibility of, servers, networks, desktop computers, voice systems, peripheral equipment, and software.
- Manage and set priorities for the design, maintenance, development, evaluation and monitoring of network infrastructure LAN and WAN systems.
- Ongoing administration, configuration of Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Azure Compute Portal, and Intune.
- Support existing customer on-premise Active Directory Administration and Support.
· Efficiently manage tasks, schedule, and appointments.
· Provide prompt client response and follow-up.
· Timely and accurate updating of the master client database.
· Coordinate with Project Engineer to execute server migrations, network buildouts and software implementation.
· Perform support work on servers, firewalls and networks.
· Process incoming support requests submitted via telephone, email, or depot drop off.
· Diagnose computer issues using resources, tools & utilities.
· Provide prompt repair/resolution to computer/client issues using MCT standard procedures.
· Accurate and timely updating of all activities and status.
· Complete software installs as directed by MCT standard procedures.
· Execute service and repair at clients’ locations in a professional and pleasant manner.
· Communicate timely sales and solution requests to client assigned Account Managers.
Experience:
· Experience with PSA platforms
· Microsoft Azure Active Directory, Office 365, Azure Portal, and Intune.
· Implementing and supporting Microsoft Server 2019/2022.
· Implementing and supporting enterprise wireless systems.
· Command Line administration, Cisco/HP/PowerShell
· Common virtualization platforms, VMware/Hyper-V
· Common storage Array technologies, HP MSA, Dell Compellent, EMC VNX.
· Experience with RMM platforms
· AntiVirus / AntiSpyware Solutions
· Email Technologies / AntiSPAM solutions
· Office (All Versions)
