This role also manages cleaning, landscaping, and security staff, conducts regular inspections, and develops emergency plans to ensure the safety and well-being of building occupants.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

A High School Diploma or GED is required.

A bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field is beneficial.

BOMA Certified Manager of Commercial Properties (CMCP) is beneficial.

3-5 years of building manager experience is required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate and oversee routine building maintenance and repairs to ensure the building remains in excellent condition.

Liaise with third-party service providers to schedule and supervise maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality work.

Respond to inquiries and requests from building tenants promptly and professionally, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.

Report daily renovation activities and issues to management for transparency and efficient decision-making.

Provide occupants with updates on electrical, water, and other service outages and coordinate scheduled shutdowns to minimize disruptions.

Develop and implement facility emergency plans to ensure the safety and well-being of building occupants in various emergency situations.

Manage and direct cleaning, landscaping, and security staff and activities to maintain a clean, well-kept, and secure environment.

Conduct regular building inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement, and prepare detailed reports for management review.
