ServiceNow Developer
Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for developing solutions that improve the efficiency of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, and supporting our ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain custom ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, AJAX, and Python.

Write and maintain scripts and associated documentation.

Develop and maintain the ServiceNow Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Change Management, CMDB, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and other modules.

Design and develop custom applications, UI Actions, UI Policies, Server-side scripts, and ACLs.

Design and implement asset management solutions for our law firm.

Test and debug applications and scripts.

Provide technical assistance and support for ServiceNow users.

Redesign existing ServiceNow applications and modules.
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

Strong JavaScript, AJAX, and Python development skills.

Solid understanding of ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and development.

Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, Virtual Agent, Change Management, CMDB, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and other modules.

Experience with UI Actions, UI Policies, Server-side scripts, and ACLs.

Experience with Angular or other front-end frameworks is a plus.

Experience with designing and implementing asset management solutions is a plus.

Excellent problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.
